2017 Christmas Schedule

Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord

Vigil Masses on December 24:

4:00 p.m. at St. Benedict's (English);

5:30 p.m. at St. Benedict's (Spanish);

5:30 p.m. at St. Mary's (English);

8:00 p.m. at St. Mary's (Spanish) and,

Midnight at St. Mary's (English).

On Christmas Day:

10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's (English) and,

1:00 p.m. at St. Mary's (Spanish)

All Masses on Sunday December 24, up until the 1:00 p.m. are considered Sunday Masses and NOT Christmas Masses. All Masses in the evening of December 24 and in the morning of December 25 ARE considered Christmas Masses.

The Saint Mary of Stamford Parish was established in 1907 and it is the third oldest among the fourteen Roman Catholic parishes in the city.  On June 17, 2018, we will celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Dedication of our beautiful church building. We are located in the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut, which covers all of Fairfield County. Our Bishop is the Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano.
